Court Light is making a splash in Wakefield High School. The student, teachers and coaches are eager to test the latest technology in sports training and education. Over the next several weeks we will be testing various sports application as well as light therapy for Autistic adults and children.

Court Light Presentation

PURPOSE OF THE DEMONSTRATION

The demonstration will allow athletic coaches and athletes to interact with Smart Light Technology’s Court Light™. Court Light™ provides coaches the ability to project their drills and plays onto the playing surface. Players will briefly study the animated explanation, which is projected onto the playing surface. Players will follow the visual cues, lines, arrows and other visual markers in order to execute the drill or play that the coach intended.

 

GOAL OF THE DEMONSTRATION

The goal of the demonstration is to share with leaders of education, professional coaches and dedicated teachers a direct method of communication designed to improve learning, student comprehension and player execution of game drills and plays. Our experience has shown that players who are provided with a full scale visual diagrams on the practice surface typically are able to comprehend and execute the actual play(s) with greater accuracy and in less time. Additionally, we have found that this visual learning environment aids many special needs students in developing and honing their skills, agility and staying focused.
