As a veteran coach and the owner of an award winning national design firm. I have thirty years’ experience managing people, space and skill development. Creating Smart Light Technology is a unique combination of skills, technology and design creativity which solves the communication gap between players and coaches.
Coaches waste precious practice time setting up or taking down practice tools, significantly reducing teaching and training time with each player, while increasing idle time and the costs associated with facility use. This issue directly affects over 106,000 teams in the NCAA and National Federation of High Schools alone.
Smart Light Technology provides interactive learning environments with full motion color graphics and visual reinforcement tools to organized sports by projecting the practice drills onto the playing surface keeping players training 97% of the scheduled practice time.
