Gone are the days when kids just went outside for a pick up game in the neighborhood. From club teams to year round play, from traveling to tournaments and gaining exposure at camps, so much more is demanded of youth, high school and collegiate athletes today. Optimal athletic performance requires not only a conditioned and skilled athlete, but a well fueled and well hydrated one at that.
Nutrition makes a difference athletically and academically. Proper nutrition and hydration affect strength, endurance, energy levels, body composition, mood, attention span, ability to focus and make split second decisions on the field, risk of injury and illness and overall health and well being.
Kinetic Fuel provides personalized nutritional education and counseling to athletes enabling them to optimize performance, body composition, overall health and well being. Our philosophy centers around using whole foods, proper hydration and nutrient timing as the foundation of an athlete’s plan. Kinetic Fuel’s unique approach is to provide an interactive multi-week nutritional plan that focuses on each athlete individuallyand considers the athlete’s goals, schedule, food preferences and requirements. Working together over a period of time ensures the athlete’s success.
